Payment :
We Using Secure Payment Option. Contact us for payment option. we using PayPal and Payoneer to do all transection. these are the safest and trusted options for to make transections. you can choose bank Transfer also.
Before making a payment, please get in touch with us via our hotline to gather everything you need to know about the stone. Once you have this information, you can begin to make transections.
Orders cannot be canceled after shipments have been made. because once we've sent the shipment to the courier service, we can't cancel it. You can cancel the order with in 24 hours period time before item shipped.
If payment is not received within 48 hours of purchase, Magari Gems reserves the right to cancel the order.


Shipping:
Order at processed Monday through Friday not including public holidays. Once we receive your order we will process it and Mostly our handling times 4-5 business days. Once the order has being dispatched we will send you an email notifying you of the shipment along with your shipment details. Normal Shipping (Free Shipping) will take 25 - 30 Business days.
Buyers are responsible for all Customs/Duties/VAT Tax/Local Tax – If necessary. We are not responsible for any items detained by customs or delays.
Any import duties, custom fees, taxes or other charges that may be collected for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
